Sciente, a business technology consulting services firm, seeks a Delivery Leader to build and oversee an enterprise applications practice for financial services and / or Insurance Industry in alignment with our ambitious global expansion goals. Right candidate should be able to take P&L responsibility of practice.
- Build from scratch and lead the practice with full end-to-end ownership of both pre-sales / go-to-market / support new client acquisition and services delivery;
- Collaborate with the sales / business development team to expand client base regionally;
- Understand client needs, challenges and goals to recommend tailored solutions / services;
- Participate in proposal development, pitches and PoCs to potential clients;
- Successful services delivery to ensure the customer delight;
- Hire, develop and deploy the team of Consultants as per the demand of the business;
- As required, develop new business partnerships with third-party technology / platform providers to address business demand;
- Work towards exceeding the agreed quarterly KPIs of new client acquisitions, services revenue and client delight;
- Drive the development of methodologies, best practices and framework specific to the chosen sector;
- Stay current with BFSI industry trends and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership, advisory services and to enhance the existing services offering;
- Infrequent but not extensive travels shall be required.
Qualifications and Experience :
We are seeking someone who is enterprising and comfortable working within a medium-sized, rapidly growing organization;A hands-on individual who is ambitious and possesses thought leadership skills;At least 10 years of relevant experience in financial technology services delivery to "fiancial services or insurance sector" and to effectively lead the client-facing initiatives / projects;Deep implementation skills in enterprise applications e.g. core banking, digital banking, payment systems, treasury and risk management systems, ERP, trading platforms, Customer Experience Manager (CXM), Salesforce eco-system with strong understanding of trends and key technology / platform providers are very much required;Experience in client-facing environment - pre-sales, go-to-market strategies, and a focus on delivering results are essential requirements.Strategic thinking, exceptional leadership and team management skills;Capable of making sound decisions in complex / ambiguous situations;Excellent communications, written and presentation skills;A person with a desire to live a meaningful life and with sustainable strategy.Should you be interested in this career opportunity, please send in your resume, in confidence, to HR@SCIENTE.COM
