Responsible for the implementationand migration of several legacy applications into cloud apps,
Identifying
and developing a business case for adopting cloud - based replacement systems.Assist with Cloud 's first strategy.
- Responsible, maintained and supported ERP OTC / Financial modules and CRM, HFM, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft applications.
- Identifying and documenting business processes, collecting and documenting system requirements, leading requirement reviews, conducting gap analysis, recommending alternative solutions to address problems, identifying opportunities for business process improvements, and leading training activities
of assigned modules.
- Works directly with the business to support applications; analyzes the cause of and resolves production application issues.
- Assists with planning and testing application enhancements, patches, fixes, and upgrades, including developing and executing test plans and scripts.
- Lead a team of Oracle functional and technical resources (both Permanents and consultants) to execute projects and provide support.
- Actively participates in implementing sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Daily Management Control, Standard Work, and Problem Solving.
