TCS is hiring for

S / 4 Hana FICO (FSCM, RAR) .

Role : S / 4 Hana FICO (FSCM, RAR)

Experience : 11+ Years

Location : PAN India

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

At least 6+ years of IT experience primarily in SAP FICO S4Hana Finance with one of the secondary skills set FSCM / TRM / RAR

Experience with SAP S / 4HANA migration, configuration, and system integration.

Serve as a subject matter expert in areas of General Ledger, International Accounting, and Fixed Asset

Act as a key contributor to S4 HANA implementation, including strong leadership in :

General Ledger

Document Splitting

Data Migration

International Accounting

Fixed Assets

Create, document, and ensure business requirements​ are met during delivery​

Good understanding of how each workstream interconnects and consider the holistic impact on the entire system

Experience in S4 HANA SAP CO module, Cost and Profit Center Accounting (CPA), Product costing and COPA.

Strong understanding of core SAP S / 4HANA modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP CO (Controlling), SAP AA (Asset Accounting), etc.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on on FSCM modules like Credit, Collection & Dispute Management.

Experience in Treasury and Risk management expert- Hedging, Money market, derivatives and risk analyzer.

Exposure to RAR and capable of handling RAR issues

Core Finance background with Certification in S / 4 HANA Finance or any automation / Innovation tool is a plus.

Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst with a focus on S / 4HANA implementations and configurations.

Proficiency in managing and maintaining master data within ERP systems such as SAP.

Experienced in writing detailed functional specifications, preparing test scenarios, write test scripts and perform end-to-end testing.
