About Cyborg Mindset
Cyborg Mindset is an AI training & consulting practice led by Arun Jagannathan (founder of Crackverbal; featured by Stanford GSB for his work on GenAI in small businesses).
We help services companies (agencies, training companies, BPOs, SaaS, etc.) :
- Use GenAI to improve sales, marketing, finance, HR and support
- Redesign workflows so teams become faster, better, and more efficient
- Run training + pilots that actually change how people work
This is a small, early-stage, founder-led setup. You will work directly with the founder.
Role Overview
This is a Business Development role in the Founder’s Office . Your main job :
Take conversations that Arun is starting (through events, talks, referrals) and turn them into meetings, proposals, and signed pilots .
It’s a mix of :
Inside salesFollow-ups and coordinationLight revenue ops (keeping the pipeline clean)What you will do (day-to-day)
Build and maintain a pipeline
Organise leads from events, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks into a simple list / CRM.Research companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn and AI tools.Outreach & meeting setup
Send personalised LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp messages (AI can help you draft; you own the sending and adapting).Book first calls for Arun with founders / CXOs.Join calls, take notes, and make sure there is always a clear next step.Follow-ups & deal movement
Send call summaries and next steps after meetings.Keep a basic deal board updated (who is at which stage, what needs chasing).Follow up consistently until prospects clearly say yes / no / later .Support proposals and pilots
Draft proposals and pilot outlines using templates and AI.Coordinate internally with Arun to finalise scope and pricing.Track proposal status and follow up on decisions and POs.Weekly reporting

Have 2–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales / business development / founder’s office(SaaS, IT services, marketing agencies, EdTech, consulting – any B2B is okay).Like doing the work , not just “discussing strategy” :Making lists, sending messages, booking calls, following up, updating sheets / CRM.Are comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) or very eager to learn.Have good written and spoken English – you will talk to founders and senior leaders.Are Bangalore-based and okay with a hybrid model (Cunningham Road + remote).Enjoy working directly with a founder and don’t need a large team or rigid playbook.This role is not for you if :
You want a big corporate brand and a large sales team structure.You hate sales, follow-ups, or feel very uncomfortable nudging people.You only want a pure “strategy / product” role with no execution.You are looking for a fully remote role outside Bangalore.Compensation
