Job description

Build and scale the performance marketing practice end-to-end : define service offerings, productize solutions, and set pricing across platforms and marketplaces.

Lead media strategy and planning, design campaign architectures, channel mix and measurement frameworks to deliver ROAS- and KPI-driven performance.

Create scalable ways of working, processes, tools and reporting standards to ensure consistent execution and optimization.

Hire, mentor and grow a high-performing team of planners, buyers and analysts; enable strong collaboration with creative, analytics and client servicing.

Act as the client-facing leader : translate business goals into media plans, present results and roadmaps, and drive continual improvement against targets.

Champion best-in-class, innovative media practices - drive experimentation, adopt new ad tech, develop proprietary playbooks and partnerships to keep the practice ahead of market trends.
