• End-to-End Recruitment : Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Sourcing Strategy : Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Stakeholder Management : Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide consultative hiring solutions.
• Candidate Engagement : Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Interview Coordination : Schedule and manage interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
• Data Management : Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Reporting : Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for leadership review.
• Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends and talent availability for functional roles.
