Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled MES Specialist with over 6 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and a strong functional and troubleshooting knowledge of Apriso MES. The ideal candidate will be proficient in .NET, SQL, and PL / SQL, and have extensive experience in customizations, web reporting, and configuration.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide functional and technical support for MES.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MES applications.

Develop and maintain customizations and configurations within the MES environment.

Create and manage web reports to support business operations.

Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ITIL processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AMS contracts.

Utilize knowledge of BTO supply chain software to enhance MES functionalities.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in MES, with a focus on MES.

Proficiency in .NET, SQL, and PL / SQL.

Strong understanding of customizations, web reporting, and configuration.

Familiarity with SLA and ITIL processes.

Experience with BTO supply chain software is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in AMS contract environments.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
