Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce a comprehensive testing culture, including unit, integration, and load testing.
• Ensure that requirements documentation is complete and unambiguous before starting development.
• Drive quality and delivery discipline in sprint planning.
• Mentor and coach your team to achieve consistent code quality and reviews.
• Act as a role model for how projects are scoped, tracked, and delivered.
• Closely collaborate with product and design teams to align technical execution with business goals.
