We have urgent requirement for Executive / Sr Executive / Manager- Human Resource in Jodhpur location.

Designation : Sr. Executive / Associate Manager / Manager- Human Resource

Location : Jodhpur(Rajasthan)

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.

Coordinate joining formalities for new employees and ensure smooth onboarding process.

Handle exit formalities for outgoing employees in a professional manner.

Develop HR strategies and policies to align with business objectives.

Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to human resources.

Leave and Attendance Management.

Employee Grievances ,Handling Documentation of new Joiner.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-10 years of experience in Human Resource Management or similar field.

Strong understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and HR Policies.

Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
