We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our organization in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR and a passion for supporting employees and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.4-5 years of proven experience in an HR role.Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation in India.Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Education
