Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Advertising Client Servicing professional at Colads Integrated Communications, located in Mumbai. The Client Servicing role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries and problems. The position also requires collaborating with internal teams, managing project timelines, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Advertising industry
• Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication skills & Coordination Skills
• Basic Finance knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
