Job Title : External Marketing Executive

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic External Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing activities and exhibition coordination across PAN India locations. This role involves frequent travel, team coordination, sales and marketing support, and strong administrative follow-up capabilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and professional email communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Exhibition & Event Management :
  • Coordinate and manage exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events across India.
  • Handle end-to-end logistics, vendor management, and on-ground execution.
  • Sales & Marketing Coordination :
  • Act as a bridge between the marketing team and sales team to align campaign efforts.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to support sales goals.
  • Team Collaboration :
  • Work closely with internal departments to streamline campaign execution and lead generation.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and timely deliverables.
  • Client Communication & Follow-up :
  • Follow up quotations and mail queries with team.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with prospects and partners.
  • Administrative Tasks :
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, track leads, and generate reports.
  • Use MS Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and analysis.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, exhibitions, or client coordination roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email Communication .
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Energetic personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in handling B2B exhibitions or trade events.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking software.
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
