Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive campaigns to engage key enterprise accounts, including account identification, content creation, campaign execution, and measurement, ensuring personalized and targeted approaches for specific verticals and account segments.
  • Create customized marketing content and messaging for various platforms, such as email campaigns, webinars, events, and digital advertising.
  • Continuously test and refine strategies by running A / B tests on messaging, creative, channels, and campaign tactics to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the marketing, business development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution of ABM and demand generation strategies.
  • Execute across paid, owned, shared, and owned media including email, social, blog, content hub, webinars, SEO, PPC, digital and in-person events.
  • Leverage 6sense, Bombora, G2, and TrustRadius intent data to inform account-based marketing campaigns and content creation for target personas in our key buying committees.
  • Track, analyze, optimize, and report on the performance of demand generation and ABM campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement through fostering collaboration and partnership across various stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overarching growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years in ABM, preferably with a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot or other marketing automation solutions, 6Sense, Salesforce, Outreach, Asana, Excel, Einstein Analytics, and Teams.
  • Strategic acumen : develop and implement effective demand generation and ABM strategies that drive personalized engagement and business growth.
  • Excellent project management skills : define tasks, track deadlines, and manage multiple projects and milestones.
  • Display grit : work hard in a rapidly growing organization and deliver results.
  • Proactive, builder mindset : Ability to work individually and enjoys transparent collaboration with others while proactively seeking out creative opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail : dive into the weeds with your team and pick up on the seemingly small, yet important, details.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required; MBA preferred.
