Nextyn is a dynamic and fast-growing expert network company based in India. We specialize in connecting global clients with industry experts for insights and decision-making. As we expand, we're looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team and contribute to building a strong and talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Job Posting : Post job openings on various online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) to attract suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing : Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Resume Screening : Review and screen resumes, shortlisting the best-fit candidates based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination : Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • HR Database Management : Maintain and update the HR database and recruitment tracking sheets, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up to date.
  • End-to-End Recruitment : Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Regular Updates : Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR team regarding recruitment progress and candidate status.
  • Candidate Experience : Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Tool Utilization : Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRMS tools to streamline and automate recruitment tasks.
  • Trend Monitoring : Keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging sourcing tools, and recruitment trends.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience : 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Skills :
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRMS tools; experience with KEKA is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, and Indeed
