As we expand, we're looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team and contribute to building a strong and talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities :
- Job Posting : Post job openings on various online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) to attract suitable candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing : Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Resume Screening : Review and screen resumes, shortlisting the best-fit candidates based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
- Interview Coordination : Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- HR Database Management : Maintain and update the HR database and recruitment tracking sheets, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up to date.
- End-to-End Recruitment : Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Regular Updates : Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR team regarding recruitment progress and candidate status.
- Candidate Experience : Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
- Tool Utilization : Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRMS tools to streamline and automate recruitment tasks.
- Trend Monitoring : Keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging sourcing tools, and recruitment trends.
Qualifications :
