Senior MEP Modeler Landscape Projects

Experience : 5+ years in MEP modeling (preferably in landscape or infrastructure projects)

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed MEP models (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, irrigation) using Revit and AutoCAD
• Coordinate with landscape architects and civil teams to integrate MEP systems seamlessly
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools
• Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, and as-built documentation
• Ensure compliance with local codes, project specifications, and sustainability standards
• Mentor junior modelers and support BIM implementation across projects
