Group Pricing Actuary – Life Insurance

We are hiring for a Group Pricing Actuary / Manager role with one of our leading clients in the Indian life insurance sector , based in Bangalore .

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in group life pricing (term, credit life, etc.) , strong analytical acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and proven experience in team leadership .

This is a key position within the actuarial function, working closely with Sales, Underwriting, Reinsurance, and Finance teams to deliver competitive and profitable group insurance solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience : Minimum 6 years in group pricing or related actuarial work in life insurance.
• Actuarial Exams : Not mandatory — any cleared papers will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of group life products (term, credit life, employee benefits, etc.).
• Exposure to reinsurance pricing and negotiations .
• Proficiency in Excel, R, Python, or actuarial modelling tools .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
