Role Description

• Fabrication & Welding
• Perform MIG / TIG / Arc welding for MS, GI, and aluminium structures.
• Fabricate customized solar mounting structures based on drawings.
• Ensure strong, clean, and accurate welds.
• Fitting & Assembly
• Fit and assemble solar structures, rails, and supports on rooftops and ground mounts.
• Align components to ensure proper tilt angle and structural stability.
• Work with fasteners, clamps, channels, and brackets used in solar systems.
• Technical Understanding
• Interpret fabrication drawings, BOQs, and installation layouts.
• Understand basic load calculations and structural safety requirements.
• Perform cutting, drilling, grinding, and finishing as needed.
• Site Work
• Perform on-site fabrication where required.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow safety standards and ensure equipment handling compliance.
• Quality Control
• Inspect weld quality, structural accuracy, and fitting alignment.
• Maintain tools, welding machines, and fabrication equipment.
