Core Responsibilities

Customer Engagement : Greet customers, assist them in selecting jewelry that suits their needs, and provide detailed information on features, benefits, and craftsmanship.

Sales & Target Achievement : Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals by effectively promoting products and building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of jewelry products, including current trends, materials, and care, to effectively advise customers.

Store Presentation : Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and that merchandise displays are attractive and well-maintained.

Transaction Processing : Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, managing payments and issuing receipts.

Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, conduct stock checks, and assist with inventory replenishment.
