Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain server health, storage, and network infrastructure to ensure reliable system performance.
- Oversee the smooth operation of gaming systems, POS terminals, and ticketing machines, promptly addressing any technical issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software, including operating systems, gaming applications, and business software.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring secure access to systems in compliance with IT policies.
- Implement routine system backups, updates, and data recovery procedures.
- Monitor network connectivity, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure adequate security measures are in place.
- Collaborate with the IT team to optimize system performance and support system upgrades as needed.
- Provide technical support to staff, addressing inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent technical diploma.1+ year of experience in system administration, IT support, or a similar role.Familiarity with networking basics, Windows and Linux OS, and backup solutions.Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals are a plus.Working Conditions :
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.Comfortable with hands-on tasks involving hardware and occasional lifting for installations.Skills Required
