Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an IB Fundraising (Investor Relations) Intern. The selected candidate will work closely with the investment team to build and manage relationships with investors, coordinate fundraising activities, and support startups in their fundraising journey. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the venture capital ecosystem and eager to gain hands-on experience in investor relations.

Responsibilities :

Investor Relations & Engagement :

Identify and establish relationships with angel investors, venture capitalists, and institutional investors.
Assist in maintaining investor databases and tracking interactions.
Serve as a point of contact for investors, facilitating smooth communication and regular updates on portfolio startups.

Fundraising Coordination :

Support startups by connecting them with relevant investors and tracking fundraising progress.

Assist in coordinating investor meetings, demo days, and pitch sessions.

Research investor preferences and trends to identify fundraising opportunities.

Stakeholder Communication :

Maintain open and effective communication channels with investors, startups, and internal teams.

Assist in preparing investor reports and updates.

Facilitate networking opportunities between startups, mentors, and investors.

Event & Community Engagement :

Plan and execute high-quality investor networking events, workshops, and panel discussions.

Coordinate logistics for investor outreach initiatives and fundraising-related activities.

Requirements :

Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with investors and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.

Interest in startups, venture capital, and fundraising processes.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
