We’re looking for a passionate and target-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in identifying, screening, and placing top IT talent for our direct clients across the US.
Responsibilities :
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, , networking, and referrals.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Meet daily and weekly submission goals with quality profiles.
