Job Title : SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant

Location : Remote

Experience : Minimum 7 years

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Time Management Consultant to support global clients in implementing and optimizing SF Time Management solutions. This is a remote role , offering flexibility while delivering end-to-end project solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead SAP SF Time Management implementations, configurations, and rollouts.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and support business processes.
Configure and optimize Time Management modules (Time Off, Time Tracking, Attendance, Work Schedules, etc.).
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide end-user support.
Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and ensure successful deployment.
Provide remote support for clients across multiple time zones.
Prepare documentation, reports, and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.

Strong experience in SF Time Management configuration, implementation, and integration .

Knowledge of SAP HCM and other SF modules is a plus.

Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills .

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks.

Experience with remote collaboration tools and virtual workshops.
