Job descriptionLead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, PI Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews). Drive SAFe / Scrum / Kanban best practices across teams. Build high-performing Agile teams through coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement. Align business priorities with engineering execution. Provide transparent updates through dashboards, risk reports, and progress summaries. Manage senior-level stakeholder expectations across engineering, product, and leadership teams. Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, cycle time, throughput, and predictability. Ensure backlog grooming, prioritization, and user story readiness. Build and maintain program documentation, roadmaps, dashboards, RACI charts, and risk logs. Identify blockers early and drive mitigation strategies. Ensure cross-team alignment to resolve dependencies quickly. Proactively escalate critical risks with clear remediation options. 15–18 years of experience in Technical Program / Project Management. Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale software programs. Strong experience with Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban). Hands-on experience with SDLC processes, CI / CD, BDD, TDD, and test automation. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership. Engineering or Computer Science academic background preferred. Exceptional communication and reporting skills. PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, CSM / PSM, or equivalent Agile certifications. Experience working in highly regulated or large enterprise environments. Knowledge of Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro. Ability to coach teams in Agile adoption and maturity.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead, coordinate, and deliver complex, multi-team engineering programs. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Agile delivery frameworks (SAFe / Scrum / Kanban), large-scale tech program execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership within fast-paced environments.
This role requires a strong engineering background, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience managing programs from concept to production.

- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale engineering programs across distributed teams.
- Drive end-to-end SDLC processes including CI / CD, BDD / TDD, test automation, and release management.
- Manage program scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
