Key Responsibilities
Brand & Packaging Design Ownership
Define and evolve the visual identity of each brand across packaging and digitalLead packaging design for new products and revamps – ensure standout on digital presence, compliance, and resonance with consumer sSet visual tone for sub-brands and product lines while maintaining consistency with master brandCampaign & Marketing Design
Oversee creative development for 360° brand campaigns – digital ads, social, offline, influencer content, and event collateralsAlign with marketing and content teams on campaign objectives and creative directionTranslate project briefs into high-impact visual storytelling that drives awareness and conversionTeam Leadership & Workflow Management
Mentor and manage a team of in-house designers and external partners (freelancers, agencies)Drive the design workflow for multiple brands and projects across timelinesConduct regular reviews, give creative feedback, and raise the quality barVendor & Production Oversight
Coordinate with printers and packaging vendors to ensure output quality, color fidelity, and timely deliverySupervise final mockups, artworks, press approvals, and production specsCreative Strategy & Innovation
Stay ahead of design trends, competitor visual language, and cultural cuesPush creative boundaries while keeping designs rooted in brand and business goalsRegularly present design strategy and rationale to leadership and cross-functional teamsQualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Design, Communication, or Visual Arts5+ years of experience in brand and packaging design, with minimum 2 years in FMCG and team managementStrong portfolio across packaging, branding, digital, and integrated campaignsExpert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion design is a plusStrong aesthetic sensibility combined with business understandingExcellent communication and presentation skillsBonus if You Have
