Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant – Reco to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing reconciliations across multiple B2B and B2C platforms, and supporting various accounting and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Bookkeeping & Banking : Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and handle all banking-related activities.

Reconciliations :

B2B Platforms : GT, Nykaa, Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto)

B2C Platforms : Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart

Other Accounts : Razorpay, Shiprocket, PayU, PhonePe

GST, TDS & TCS : Perform calculations, ensure compliance, and assist in filing processes.

Input Tax Credit (ITC) : Manage ITC entries and ensure proper documentation.

MIS Reporting : Prepare and share reports as required by the reporting manager.

Tally Prime : Maintain and update records accurately in Tally Prime.

Follow-ups : Coordinate with clients and internal teams for payment follow-ups and query resolutions.

Coordination : Work closely with the warehouse and operations team for reconciliation and data accuracy.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and reconciliation roles.

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Excel.

Familiarity with GST, TDS, TCS, and ITC processes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

Experience handling e-commerce platform reconciliations.

Exposure to payment gateway settlements and order-level accounting.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
