(Urgent) Global Language Specialist

As an expert on our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) team, you will be joining a truly global group of subject matter and language specialists from diverse disciplines. You will play a key role in shaping the next generation of AI by contributing to its training and refinement. Responsibilities :

• Create training datasets for AI models to improve accuracy, fluency, coherence, and tone of voice.
• Annotate data to help align AI outputs with human values.
• Analyze and refine grammar, syntax, semantics, and sentence structure in both human-created and AI-generated content to ensure adherence to linguistic rules and conventions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and engineers, to refine and iterate data sets.
• Contribute to the development of evolving specifications and data recipes for AI model training.
• Adapt to dynamic environments with shifting guidelines and priorities.
• Consistently achieve target KPIs, including daily job counts and handle time, within defined data production windows.
