Responsibilities include designing and delivering organized training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365, guiding students through technical content, and assisting them in gaining practical knowledge and skills. The trainer will also provide mentorship, answer questions, and ensure that learners are well-prepared for real-world implementation. This position requires ongoing support during scheduled sessions and flexibility to work with diverse learners at varying skill levels.QualificationsExpertise in Dynamics 365 modules such as CRM, ERP, or related functionalitiesDemonstrated ability to teach and explain complex technical topics in a simple and clear mannerExperience in creating training materials, including presentations and hands-on exercisesProficiency in delivering virtual classroom sessions and utilizing online training toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsRelevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantageBackground in IT training or education is highly preferredA commitment to fostering an engaging, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
