Shifa Therapy is a rapidly growing mental wellness organisation focused on improving emotional well-being through structured therapy programs. We are looking for compassionate and skilled Health Coaches who can guide clients and contribute to business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their mental wellness needs.
  • Clearly communicate Shifa Therapy’s programs, benefits, pricing, and on-boarding steps.
  • Handle inbound and outbound interactions with international clients.
  • Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships to improve client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and manage all client interactions within the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and lead tracking using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to share feedback, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of Healthcare Sales experience (mandatory).
  • Experience in mental wellness / therapy / healthcare industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in US shift timings.
  • Experience with CRM software and data management.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
