Role Overview
We are looking for a Paid ads executive who has hands-on experience running profitable real estate campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) .
You should have a strong understanding of lead generation funnels, creative testing, and conversion optimization. The goal is simple : generate quality leads that convert into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram Lead & Conversion Campaigns) for real estate clients.
Develop and manage end-to-end paid campaigns – from research and setup to tracking and reporting.
Conduct keyword research , competitor analysis, and ad copy testing.
Create audience segmentation and implement retargeting strategies to improve ROI.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-converting ad creatives and landing pages .
Track and analyze campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates .
Optimize sales funnels and landing pages for better conversion performance.
Stay updated with real estate ad policies , platform updates, and industry best practices.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management and clients.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns for real estate projects (Google and Meta).
Proven track record of achieving target CPLs and ROI .
Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager , and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Pixel setup, etc.).
Experience with lead tracking and CRM integrations (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bonus : Experience with automation tools, AI-based ad optimization, or creative testing frameworks.
