Location : Gurgaon

Employment Type : Full-time

Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Working Days : 6 days (Sunday Off)

Experience Required : 1–3 years

About the Role

Optus Housing is seeking a smart, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist with 1–3 years of experience in front desk handling and basic admin work . The candidate should be well-presented, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing office operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to relevant departments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Manage courier entries — incoming & outgoing.
  • Maintain visitor logs, basic attendance entries, and front desk records.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and other departments when required.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with office management tasks.
  • Handle filing, documentation, and basic data entry.
  • Support day-to-day office operations efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Front Desk / Reception / Admin roles .
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
