Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Mediation(CM)
• Pricing & Rating, and Mediation Workflows.
• Develop expertise in Subscription Billing, Invoice Reversal, and BART Tool for efficient billing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance on SOM / CC / CI / CM implementation projects from planning to go-live phase.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues related to subscription orders management, charging rules configuration, pricing setup, invoicing templates creation.
