Safety Engineer

We are looking for an experienced  Safety Engineer  to implement and monitor safety protocols across our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, minimizing risks, and fostering a strong safety culture on-site.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws, codes, and regulations.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
• Organize safety training and awareness programs for site staff, contractors, and workers.
• Investigate incidents / accidents, prepare reports, and implement preventive measures.
• Review and approve work permits, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to enforce safety standards.
• Maintain safety records, documentation, and statutory compliance registers.
• Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization.
