Location : Kochi / Kerela
Skills set : ERP Next implementation and support ,business processes in finance, HR, inventory, and operations ,workflow setup , report customization , Frappe Framework , Python, and database structure (MariaDB / MySQL , customize ERPNext forms, reports, workflows, and permissions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects across various functional modules (Accounts, HR, CRM, Projects, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, etc.).
- Work closely with clients to analyze business requirements and map them to ERPNext functionalities.
- Configure and customize ERPNext forms, reports, workflows, and permissions as per user needs.
- Coordinate with the technical development team for customization and integration requirements.
- Conduct user training, create documentation, and ensure successful adoption of ERPNext.
- Perform data migration, validation, and go-live support.
- Provide post-implementation support and handle system enhancements.
- Ensure timely project delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation and support.Strong understanding of business processes in finance, HR, inventory, and operations.Experience in ERPNext configuration, workflow setup, and report customization.Basic understanding of Frappe Framework, Python, and database structure (MariaDB / MySQL).Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.Good to Have (Optional) :
Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.Knowledge of Linux environments, server setup, or cloud hosting (Frappe Cloud, AWS, etc.).Familiarity with API integrations and third-party system connectivity.ERP Next Functional / Technical Certification is a plus.Skills Required
