Designation : Sales Analysts

Key Responsibilities :

  • . Data Analytics & Reporting : Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of sales

data produce regular dashboards and reports on pipeline health, win rates, and quota

attainment

  • . Forecasting & Planning : Develop and maintain rolling revenue forecasts and
  • territory-level projections collaborate with sales leadership to refine assumptions and

    adjust plans in real time

  • . Performance Measurement : Define KPIs for insidesales and corporate teams
  • implement scorecards and performance tracking mechanisms to identify highimpact

    improvement areas

  • . Advanced Analysis : Conduct deepdive analyses-win / loss reviews, cohort analyses,
  • pricing sensitivity, and customer segmentation-to drive strategy and productmarket fit

    decisions

  • . Team Leadership & Development : Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 4-7 sales
  • analysts establish best practices for analytic methodologies, documentation, and

    crosstraining

  • . CrossFunctional Collaboration : Partner with Sales Operations on process
  • optimization, with Finance on incentive modeling, and with Product & Marketing on

    gotomarket performance reviews

  • . Tool & Process Ownership : Champion CRM (Salesforce) and BI tools (Tableau, Power
  • BI) lead initiatives to automate reporting, improve data quality, and scale analytic

    capabilities.

    Required Qualifications :

  • . Experience : 5-8 years in sales analytics or sales operations roles, with 2+ years
  • managing or mentoring analysts in a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • . Analytical Skills : Mastery of SQL, Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), and
  • datavisualization tools ability to translate complex analyses into clear business

    recommendations.

  • . Business Acumen : Strong understanding of sales processes, funnel metrics, and
  • revenue drivers, ideally within technology or healthcare sectors.

  • . Communication : Excellent presentation and storytelling skills comfort presenting to
  • senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • . Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field
  • advanced degree or analytics certification is a plus.

    Preferred Skills

  • . Handson experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard configuration.
  • . Familiarity with Python or R for statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
  • . Prior exposure to revenueoperations or incentivecompensation design
