Job Title : Senior Consultant – SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning

Location : Hyderabad, India (WFO)

Experience Required : 5+ years of total experience with a minimum of 4+ years in SAC Planning

Employment Type : Full-Time / Permanent

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant – SAC Planning to join our growing analytics team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning) , SAP BPC , and S / 4HANA integration , with a proven ability to design, build, and deliver advanced planning and forecasting solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud Planning solutions, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, and deployment.
Develop planning models, data actions, allocation processes, and predictive forecasts using SAC functionalities.
Integrate SAC Planning with SAP S / 4HANA, SAP BW / 4HANA, and BPC systems.
Work closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
Design and deliver dashboards, visualizations, and stories for planning and performance management.
Perform data modeling, data wrangling, and performance tuning within SAC.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior consultants in SAC projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Data, and Analytics) to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Conduct UAT, end-user training, and documentation for SAC planning solutions.
Stay updated on latest SAC features , roadmap, and analytics best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of experience in enterprise performance management (EPM), BI, or analytics solutions.

4+ years of hands-on experience specifically in SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning) .

Deep knowledge of SAC data modeling, calculations, data actions, multi-model planning, and predictive forecasting .

Experience integrating SAC with SAP S / 4HANA, BW / 4HANA, BPC, or other data sources (SQL, OData, flat files) .

Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes .

Good understanding of SAC security concepts , roles, and data access controls.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead client workshops , prepare solution documentation, and handle project deliverables independently.

Preferred / Good to Have :

Certification in SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning) .

Exposure to SAP Datasphere (Data Warehouse Cloud) or Group Reporting .

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent client interaction and presentation abilities.

Proactive, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Team-oriented with leadership qualities.
