Role :

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive with a strong understanding of IT / software solutions, especially SaaS platforms, to join our growing sales team. You will play a key role in identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and closing deals remotely through calls, emails, and demos.

Key Responsibilities :

Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calling, emails, and follow-ups.

Explain the Shoppacino platform's features and benefits tailored to client requirements.

Conduct virtual product demos and presentations to convert leads into customers.

Manage CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and performance monitoring.

Coordinate with the marketing and technical team to align on sales goals and feedback.

Maintain regular communication with prospects and build long-term relationships.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements :

2-3 years of experience in IT / SaaS inside sales or B2B sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical products / platforms to non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven mindset
