Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Partner for the Hi-Tech GCC portfolio , responsible for owning and growing strategic customer relationships, driving revenue, and delivering end-to-end value across technology and digital transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Own P&L and revenue growth for Hi-Tech GCC accounts
- Acquire, expand, and manage business within assigned accounts
Consultative Selling
Understand customer business priorities and propose relevant technology, digital and engineering solutionsPresent value propositions and drive C-level conversations across IT + Business functionsClient Engagement
Lead executive discussions, proposals, negotiations, and contract closuresBuild long-term trusted advisory relationships with stakeholdersSolution & Offering Sales
Drive sales of digital transformation programs, cloud, data & AI, engineering, platforms and managed servicesSell software / IP-based solutions (in-house + partner ecosystem)Collaboration
Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, COEs and partner ecosystem to shape deals and drive demandEnsure smooth delivery governance and customer satisfaction post-salePipeline & Forecasting
Build, maintain and govern a qualified pipeline in CRMTrack demand, forecasts and deal movement to meet quarterly revenue objectivesRequired Qualifications
Must have managed Google GCC as an account for 3–4 years in IndiaOR must have managed a Hi-Tech GCC account such as Meta / Apple / Cisco / Microsoft / Amazon / Intel / / Uber / Salesforce / or similar12–20 years of total experience with minimum 7+ years in client partner / account ownership rolesProven track record of account farming & new deal winsExperience selling technology, digital, cloud, data, engineering or platform servicesStrong CXO-level relationship management and consultative selling capability
