Facilitate share transfers via CDSL and NSDL platforms, processing client sell requests, handling IVR and linkus calls, executing share procurement and BID postings, and updating bought / sold book entries daily.
Daily Operations & Reporting
Update inventory and pricing on the website, maintain margins, and ensure accurate entries in bookkeeping for bought / sold transactions and price updates.
CRM Integration & Client Requests
Enable searching in CRM for buyback opportunities, approving buy requests, generating sell recommendations, and assisting leads from voice and IVR channels.
KYC & Client Onboarding
Conduct investor and CP KYC onboarding processes, open new demat accounts, and manage ongoing regulatory documentation as required.
Client Training & Support
Train Client Partners (CPs) on dashboards, CRM systems, commission structures, client mapping, and terminal operations.
Stock & ESOP Operations
Add new stocks to the trading platform with accurate mapping and pricing. Oversee ESOP buyback processes through the BID platform.
Campaign Execution
Drive marketing campaigns such as last booking promotions for limited-time stock availability.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in stock broking operations, depository participant (DP) operations, or back‑office support, preferably with CDSL / NSDL systems
Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel / Google Sheets, MS Office, and basic website or inventory management tools.
Strong understanding of depository participant regulations, demat operations, and ESOP buyback workflows.
Excellent communication skills for client training, query resolution, and inter‑department coordination.
High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Familiar with CDSL and NSDL DP systems, able to manage compliance-driven processing for trading, demater / remater requests, pledges, and corporate actions.Comfortable handling high volumes of day-to-day operations including share BID management, inventory updates, CRM workflows, and client reporting.
Experienced in KYC procedures and demat account onboarding for both investors and corporate clients.
Capable of conducting CP training sessions, explaining commission structures, CRM modules, mapping strategies, and customer interfacing.
Proactive mindset to participate in campaigns and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
