Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Sales Leader to drive
our client’s Data & AI business growth
across Singapore, Thailand, and the broader APAC region. This role is responsible for defining and executing the
go-to-market strategy , acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and forging strategic partnerships to align with our client’s global data vision.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Data & AI offerings across APAC.
Drive revenue growth via
new client acquisition , account expansion, and partnerships.
Align regional sales strategy with
our client’s global data vision
and business objectives.
Consultative Solution Selling
Engage enterprise clients to understand data challenges and design tailored solutions across :
Data Architecture & Engineering
Data Warehousing & Data Lakes
Data Governance & Data Quality
Advanced Analytics, AI / ML & Business Intelligence
Lead complex sales cycles with a focus on
business value, ROI, and digital transformation outcomes .
Client & Partner Engagement
Build trusted relationships with
CXOs, Chief Data Officers, and technology leaders .
Collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and technology partners to
co-develop and co-sell
solutions.
Solution Development & Delivery Collaboration
Partner with
delivery, pre-sales, and practice teams
to shape proposals and ensure flawless execution.
Contribute to
solution design, pricing, and delivery models
for competitive positioning.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
Develop and manage a
robust sales pipeline
with accurate forecasting and disciplined deal progression.
Leverage
CRM tools and analytics
for data-driven sales decisions.
Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence
Represent our client at
industry events, client roundtables, and executive briefings .
Stay updated on APAC market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Role Competencies
Experience :
18+ years in enterprise technology sales, with 7+ years in Data & AI leadership roles.
Technical Expertise :
Strong understanding of
data architecture, warehousing, lakes, and modern data platforms .
Industry Knowledge :
Proven track record in
BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail
sectors in APAC.
Geographic Expertise :
In-depth familiarity with
Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and broader APAC
regulatory and business environments.
Partnerships :
Experience working with
cloud providers, data platform vendors, and consulting partners .
Mindset :
Entrepreneurial, consultative, and outcome-driven with a passion for client success.
Track Record :
Demonstrated success in closing
multi-million-dollar data transformation deals
and fostering long-term client relationships.
