Aventis Solutions is igniting the AI revolution : Now, our tech partner is establishing a new AI Innovation Hub in Pune, India, and we are hiring Junior AI Consultants to join this flagship build. This is a rare opportunity for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to work at the intersection of business and technology, supporting AI and GenAI initiatives that are reshaping global financial services.

You will work closely with senior delivery leaders, business analysts, engineers, and data scientists to support the design and execution of AI projects. From day one, you will gain exposure to high-impact programmes, helping to ensure that AI innovation translates into measurable business and customer value.

What You Will Contribute To :

  • Support the delivery team in documenting requirements, mapping processes, and defining AI use cases
  • Conduct research into AI tools, frameworks, and market trends to inform project decisions
  • Assist in preparing project plans, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to validate requirements and track delivery progress
  • Help test, analyse, and evaluate AI model outputs to ensure quality and business relevance
  • Participate in training and adoption programmes, supporting enterprise-wide rollout of AI solutions
  • Act as a communication bridge between technical specialists and business teams
