Senior Python Full Stack Developer

Senior Python Full Stack Developer | Full-Time

Experience Required : 8+ years

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Full Stack Tech Lead who can architect scalable systems, lead engineering teams, and collaborate closely with product & client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development for 2–3 engineering projects simultaneously.

Architect and build scalable backend services using Python and microservices.

Oversee front-end development workflows (React / Vue / Next – as applicable).

Design REST & GraphQL APIs, authentication, RBAC, and integrations.

Drive DevOps excellence with GCP (mandatory), Kubernetes, CI / CD, IaC (Terraform).

Ensure system reliability : logging, tracing, monitoring, and observability.

Collaborate with Product, QA, Design, and Client teams to deliver solutions.

Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor team members.

Must-Have Skills

Backend & Architecture

Strong in Python (mandatory) with experience building large-scale systems.

Microservices architecture, distributed systems, event-driven patterns.

API design (REST / GraphQL), caching, queues, security best practices.

Cloud & DevOps

Deep hands-on expertise with GCP (mandatory) .

Kubernetes (GKE preferred), Docker, IaC (Terraform / CloudFormation).

CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins).

Strong understanding of IAM, VPC, secrets, networking, cloud security.

Frontend

Good working knowledge of at least one modern framework (React, Vue, Angular, Next.js).

Data & AI (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with LLMs, vector DBs, embeddings.

Experience with ML deployment patterns or MLOps tools (MLflow, W&B, SageMaker).

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and ownership mindset.

Clear communication with cross-functional and client teams.

Ability to make decisions under ambiguity.
