Lead Technical Recruiter Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role will involve owning full-cycle recruiting for US clients and upleveling a pod to deliver faster, with quality.

• Our ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in US IT recruiting across data / cloud / integration; proven closures in at least two of : Snowflake / Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP, Salesforce / ServiceNow, Workato / MuleSoft / Boomi.
• A solid grasp of US tax / visa frameworks and fluency with VMS / MSP environments are also essential.
• The successful candidate will be an expert in Boolean / X-ray and outbound, with strong storytelling skills in outreach.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruiting for US roles in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration. You will convert vague JDs into clear, winnable reqs via sharp discovery with Delivery / AE / HM.

You will build candidate pipelines via JobDiva, Recruiter, referrals, communities, meetups, and screen for technical fit and role outcomes. You will negotiate compensation / rates and close deals.

Additional responsibilities include managing MSP / VMS submissions with speed and accuracy, preparing candidates for interviews, and maintaining pristine ATS hygiene. You will publish weekly progress dashboards and mentor 1–2 recruiters / sourcers on search strategy and outreach quality.
