What You'll Be Doing :

• Outcalling Initiative : Lead and execute an outcalling strategy to connect with current and prospective clients / partners (healthcare facilities).
• Client Relationship Management : Initiate and nurture positive, professional relationships, acting as a friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for our recruitment and placement services.
• Feedback & Strategy : Document key insights from client interactions and contribute directly to improving our engagement strategy within the global healthcare recruitment space.
• Leadership Development : Take ownership of a key operational area, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills to meet engagement goals.
