🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead franchise expansion and partner-led growth in Mumbai. This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience in franchise sales, channel development, and consultative outreach—especially those with backgrounds in medical representation, real estate or insurance sales who understand field discipline and stakeholder trust.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Drive franchise acquisition and onboarding across Mumbai and surrounding regions
- Identify, engage, and activate strategic partners including Chartered Accountants, financial planners, tax consultants, and HNI advisors
- Build and manage a partner-led sales funnel—from lead generation to closure
- Conduct outreach campaigns, roadshows, and one-on-one presentations with warmth and clarity
- Collaborate with onboarding and legal teams to ensure smooth partner activation
- Track performance metrics, partner ROI, and territory growth
- Represent Gomini at professional forums, expos, and consultant networks
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for persona-specific customization
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
