Role Overview

We are hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to design and deploy enterprise-grade, healthcare-focused AI agents. You will build autonomous agent workflows, implement RAG systems, and deliver scalable AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement autonomous AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.

Build multi-agent workflows for data retrieval, automation, and reasoning.

Develop RAG pipelines using vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.).

Integrate and optimize LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, guardrails).

Create Python-based microservices / APIs for agent orchestration.

Deploy using Docker / Podman on cloud-native infrastructure.

Implement AI observability, telemetry, and governance.

Work closely with Data Science, MLOps, and Product teams.

Required Skills

Strong Python development.

Experience with agentic AI frameworks.

Hands-on RAG, embeddings, vector DBs.

LLM integration, memory systems, safety / guardrails.

Containerization and cloud deployment.

AI governance, evaluation, and observability.

Preferred

Healthcare / regulated industry experience (HIPAA / PHI).

LLM fine-tuning, optimization (quantization, distillation).

MLOps tools : MLFlow, Weights & Biases.
