Work Hours : 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM
Role & responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned customer accounts.
Build strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact.
Meet sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
Preferred candidate profile
3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
Proven track record in handling US / European clients or any other international accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones when needed.
