Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for IT positions. This role will involve understanding client needs, creating job postings, utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, as well as building and maintaining candidate relationships. Effective communication with both clients and candidates, as well as strategic planning for recruitment drives, are crucial components of this role.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing

Must have strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.

Handle full recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals.

Work with clients to understand technical job requirements and candidate expectations.

Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals .

Negotiate pay rates and employment terms with candidates.

Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and ensure smooth onboarding.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills required.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
