The Test Repair Lab Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and serviceability of Burn-In Boards (BIB) and system-level hardware. This engineer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust debug and repair processes, with a strong emphasis on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Electronic Schematic Analysis : Interpret and analyze complex electronic schematics to support fault isolation and repair activities.
• PCBA Debug & Repair : Perform hands-on debugging and repair of PCBAs (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies), including component-level troubleshooting.
• Failure Analysis : Conduct deep-dive investigations into PCBA failures using tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and thermal cameras.
• Process Development : Define and implement standardized debug and repair processes for BIBs and system-level hardware.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed records of failure modes, repair actions, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with design, test, and manufacturing teams to drive root cause resolution and improve product quality.
