Your Role

As an AEM Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions align with business goals and deliver exceptional digital experiences. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the implementation of AEM-based solutions.

In This Role You Will Play a Key Role In :

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AEM functional requirements.
  • Creating detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Supporting the design and development teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conducting gap analysis and recommending AEM features and enhancements.
  • Facilitating UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensuring successful deployment of AEM solutions.

Top 5 Technical Skills

1. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – Strong understanding of AEM components, templates, workflows, and DAM.

2. Business Process Analysis – Expertise in mapping and optimizing business processes for digital platforms.

3. JIRA / Confluence – Proficient in managing requirements, documentation, and agile workflows.

4. Wireframing & Prototyping Tools – Experience with tools like Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD for visualizing requirements.

5. Web Technologies – Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs to communicate effectively with development teams.
