Assurance Services – Audit & Advisory

About the Role :

We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our Assurance Services team, delivering high-quality audits and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients including public and private middle-market companies, not-for-profit organizations, and government entities.

The role involves supporting engagements such as financial statement audits, employee benefit plan audits, performance audits, SOC examinations, and sustainability audits.

We value individuals who demonstrate collaboration, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, executive presence, growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and results focus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute and support audit engagements from planning to completion, including testing, documentation, and analysis.
• Perform internal control evaluations, substantive testing, and analytical reviews of financial data.
• Prepare draft financial statements and audit reports for management review.
• Research and resolve complex technical accounting and audit issues.
• Assist seniors, managers, and partners in risk assessment and audit plan development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to process enhancement initiatives.
